I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was superb, right in the heart of Morelia, making it convenient to explore the historic center on foot. The rooms were lovely and clean, though lacking in storage space for clothes. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to help, even with my broken Spanish. The dining options were a bit basic, but the hotel made up for it with its prime location.

At first, I was a bit uneasy about the rooms with terrible lighting, no lamps, and no windows to the outside, but they somehow grew on me. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and I absolutely loved the original floor tiles and window shutters which added character to the room.
