If you're seeking peace and quiet, this hotel might not be the best choice due to noise issues from the street and neighboring areas. On the positive side, the room was spacious, but there was an overpowering smell of chemical products. The location is fantastic, being centrally situated in Antigua, making it convenient for exploring the town, yet the poor Wi-Fi signal and extra charges for amenities were drawbacks.
The hotel is centrally located in Antigua, making it perfect for exploring the main tourist areas. The rooms overlook an internal courtyard, which can be slightly noisy at times, especially in the morning. The service was friendly and helpful, particularly during check-in and check-out. The dining experience, especially at breakfast, was excellent. Overall, a great value for the price.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious, and overall cozy, but unfortunately, there was quite a bit of noise from the street and our room 204 near the terrace and kitchen starting early in the morning. The service was extremely helpful, although there was an incident where my suitcase was mistakenly given to the wrong guest. The location was perfect for our activities, being so close to everything. The dining experience was pleasant, with a great variety of options and stunning views, but it was minimal. Overall, it was a good stay with some minor drawbacks.
